Konstantine Chatzidimos is an associate at Sherman Brown. He completed a B.B.A. from York University's Schulich School of Business in 1996, graduating on the Dean's List. He proceeded to earn his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
His current professional focus is in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial, estate planning law and commercial leasing. Mr. Chatzidimos acts on all manner of real estate acquisitions/sales, secured lending and commercial transactions with a real estate base and has acted on behalf of various major institutional and private lenders. Mr. Chatzidimos also acts on behalf of clients purchasing and selling businesses and on commercial leasing matters from both the landlord and tenant perspectives.
